The Primary Block had an exciting and enriching two months filled with celebrations, competitions, educational trips, and hands-on learning experiences. Each activity encouraged our students to explore new ideas, build confidence, and create lasting memories.
International Family Day & Family Visit
Grade 1 Students celebrated the importance of family through engaging activities and a special family visit, strengthening the bond between home and school while appreciating the love and support of their families. A special thank you to Darsh Poudel and his family for inviting us and opening their home to make this experience so memorable!
World Music Day
The school came alive with music as students celebrated World Music Day through singing, performances, and musical activities, discovering the joy and power of music.Our talented Grade 4 and Grade 5 students presented a lively Live Dohori performance, showcasing Nepal’s rich musical heritage with enthusiasm and teamwork. Adding to the celebration, Grade 2 students delighted everyone with a beautiful live song during the morning assembly, filling the school with cheerful melodies and setting a wonderful tone for the day.
Olympic Day Celebration
Students celebrated Olympic Day by wearing sports jerseys and participating in a friendly futsal match. The event promoted teamwork, sportsmanship, and the joy of healthy competition while creating a fun and energetic atmosphere for everyone.
Bhanu Jayanti Celebration
Students celebrated Bhanu Jayanti by honoring Nepal’s Adikavi, Bhanu Bhakta Acharya, through poem recitations, a skit, and cultural performances. They also participated in a poem-writing and recitation competition, proudly presenting their original poems in front of everyone.
Handwriting Competition
Our young learners showcased their neat handwriting, creativity, and attention to detail, encouraging the development of good writing habits.
Cultural Diversity Day Celebration
Grade 3 Students celebrated the richness of different cultures through presentations, traditional attire, and interactive activities, fostering respect and appreciation for diversity.
Educational Field Trips
Learning extended beyond the classroom with memorable visits to Jhor Waterfall by grade 2 , Ranibari Community Forest grade 3, the Natural History Museum grade 4, and the Bhairav Circuit grade 5. These trips gave students opportunities to connect classroom lessons with nature, history, and the environment through hands-on experiences.
Environmental Day:
Students celebrated Environment Day by staging slogans and marching around the school community to raise awareness about keeping the environment clean. They also learned the importance of protecting nature, reducing waste, and taking small everyday actions to create a greener future.
Swimming Day
Students enjoyed a refreshing Swimming Day, building confidence in the water while having fun with their classmates in a safe and enjoyable environment.
Science & Mathematics Quiz
Our budding scientists and mathematicians challenged themselves in an exciting quiz competition, strengthening their problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Spelling Contest
Students demonstrated their vocabulary and spelling abilities in a friendly competition that encouraged confidence and language development.
World Blood Donor Day
Grade 4 Students observed World Blood Donor Day by learning about the importance of blood donation and how it helps save lives, encouraging compassion and community awareness.
Long-Term Project – From Paddy to Plate
Grade 4 students began their Long-Term Project by exploring how rice is cultivated. Through a hands-on field visit, they learned about the conditions needed for growing paddy, planted rice seedlings, and will continue observing the plants’ growth over the coming months, gaining a deeper understanding of agriculture through real-world learning.
